In an increasingly competitive environment, law firm leaders continue to explore strategies that will allow them to increase the depth and breadth of their practices and ensure their stability and legacy. Join this webinar to take a closer look at three expansion strategies -- firm mergers, practice group acquisition and lateral hires – and the homework that must be done in considering each strategy.
