ALA offers four different membership pricing options:

• Management Professionals (Individual): Management professionals employed by law firms, law departments, private colleges/universities, or any other membership eligible organization. This is available for anyone employed in a full-time legal management or administrative position including specialists whose responsibilities include human resources, facilities or technology.
  
  
• Management Professionals (Nonprofit): Employers are nonprofit organizations, government legal departments/offices, judicial agencies or courts.
  
  
• Students and Retired Professionals: Those who are not already employed as management professionals and are enrolled part or full time in any degree program at an accredited institution of higher learning are eligible with proof of current enrollment. Retired professionals can keep their membership, too! If you've retired and have reached 65 years of age, you can enroll for just $50 a year.
  
  
• Organizational Pricing Program: Organizational Pricing comes with all the benefits of individual membership in a simplified process for those firms that have more than one ALA member. It’s based on the total number of attorneys at your legal organization.
